Ricky is the founding and managing partner of Crash Lawyers. As an experienced litigator having appeared before all levels of courts in the province of Alberta. His focus is on serious and catastrophic injury litigation (motor vehicle accidents), and fatality claims. Ricky is committed to making Crash Lawyers the personal injury law firm of choice for all Albertans. His vision and dedication have contributed to the growth of the firm, without sacrificing the outstanding client service that Crash Lawyers is known for.

Ricky obtained a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2011 from the University of Huddersfield, in the United Kingdom. He studied the art of negotiation at the prestigious Harvard Law School and completed the Program on Negotiation (PON) in 2015.

Ricky’s significant injury litigation experience includes claims for fatality, brain injury, spinal cord injury, fractures, chronic pain, psychological injury, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and related impairment and disability. Since Ricky started practicing law in 2015, he has exclusively practiced in the area of Personal Injury. Ricky uses his extensive experience acting against insurers to assist plaintiffs successfully advance their claims to resolution.

Ricky is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association, and the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association. Ricky’s hobbies include; fine and not-so fine dining, playing basketball, collecting watches, and admiring fast cars.
