Rafia was raised in Calgary, Alberta and a graduate of Bow Valley College in the Legal Assistant Program. She enjoys downtime with family and binges on movies as much as she can. She also is an avid traveller and plans to someday explore the world, if given the opportunity. Rafia embraces our core value empathy because she never lets anyone leave without feeling good about themselves and builds genuine connections with coworkers and clients.

Rafia started working with Crash Lawyers in 2021 as a Legal Assistant. She brings 7 years of customer experience in a legal firm. In her spare time, she can often be found spending time with her family, hiking and learning new activities. Rafia really lives our core value of Ask Why by always bringing new ideas to her team. She is always finding ways to improve our processes to be more efficient in order to better serve our clients.
