Crash Lawyers officially opened its doors in Calgary in 2019, locating itself in a distinctive and well-recognized landmark in the city known to all as the “Humpty’s on Macleod”. While many know the building by its historic presence, our story is less about bricks and mortar and more about vision, commitment, and advocacy.
The origins of our firm start with our founding partner, Ricky Bagga, who recognized an urgent need: injured Albertans were too often underserved in their battles against insurance companies and institutional legal defenses. As a skilled litigator who has argued cases before all levels of Alberta’s courts, Ricky set out to build a boutique firm focused exclusively on serious injury, medical malpractice, long-term disability, and catastrophic claims.
